TrulyAfrican: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)



  • Android

    → For Android devices, the app is available on GooglePlay. Go to GooglePlay and search for TrulyAfrican. Click Install and wait for it to download.

  • iOS

    → For Apple devices, TrulyAfrican is available on App Store. Visit the App Store application on your mobile device and search for TrulyAfrican. Click install and wait for it to finish downloading.

  • Only Premium members can share private photos. Proceed to the next section to find out how to switch to a Premium account.

  • For premium members, you can freely share your private photos with the messaging feature. Go to the member’s profile and click Send Message. Click on the photo icon and select the photos you want to share from your private album.

  • Click GO PREMIUM! on the top menu or go to Profile, then select GO PREMIUM!

  • Select the mode of payment that you prefer and enter all the necessary details.

Android

  • To Upgrade your account through the android app, tap the Profile icon and select UPGRADE NOW!

  • You’ll see the list of features you’ll get with the Premium account.

  • Then, select your mode of payment and enter all the necessary information.

iOS

  • Login with your TrulyAfrican account on your browser and select Profile, then click GO PREMIUM.

  • Select the mode of payment that you prefer and enter your details.

  • To change your email address, click Settings on the top menu and select Account Settings.

  • Enter your new email address and hit UPDATE.

  • To redeem your account, click “Forgot Password?” located on the login page.

  • You will then be redirected to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address and click SEND REQUEST.

  • Expect a message on your email with the directions on how to change your password.

  • To block a user on TrulyAfrican, go to that member’s profile and select Block located below their profile information.

  • Once confirmed, the blocked member will no longer see your profile or contact you.

At TrulyAfrican, we highly encourage members to report if they notice any dodgy activities from other members.

  • To report a member, go to their profile and select Report.

  • Please state the reason why you want to report that member.

  • Provide screenshots for a stronger case and click Submit Report.

  • Upon receiving your report, our team will investigate your case and apply the appropriate actions.

TrulyAfrican accepts two modes of payment. We accept payment through Credit Card (Master Card and Visa) and Paypal.

  • To deactivate your account on TrulyAfrican, click on Settings and select Account Settings.

  • On the Manage Account section, click Deactivate.

  • Once deactivate, other members will no longer see your profile. But if you wish to reactivate your account, simply login with your old email and password and your previous activity and profile information will be restored.

  • To cancel your current subscription, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service through Email or Live Support.

  • Click on the Settings icon on the right hand section of your screen.

  • Click on the Contact Us button and you’ll be directed to a page where you’ll get to chose your preferred way to contact us to help you with your situation.
