  • Andoid

    → For Android devices, the app is available on GooglePlay. Go to GooglePlay and search for TrulyAfrican. Click Install and wait for it to download.

  • iOS

    → For Apple devices, TrulyAfrican is available on App Store. Visit the App Store application on your mobile device and search for TrulyAfrican. Click install and wait for it to finish downloading.

  • Only Premium members can share private photos. Proceed to number 3 to learn on how to switch to a premium account.

  • For premium members, you can freely share your private photos with the messaging feature. Go to the member’s profile and click Send Message. Click on the photo icon and select the photos you want to share from your private album.

  • Click the Settings icon located on the right most section of your screen.

  • Then select Go PREMIUM!

  • You’ll get to see all the benefits that comes along with the Premium membership. Then click UGRADE NOW!

  • You’ll then be redirected to the billing page where you’ll enter your payment details.

  • To change your email address, select the Settings icon on the top-right section of the page and click Account Settings.

  • Enter your new email address and select UPDATE EMAIL.

  • If for some reason that you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the TrulyAsian login page.

  • You will then be redirected to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address and click SEND REQUEST.

  • You will receive a message on your email with a link to a change password page. Click on that link and you will be directed to the Change Password page where you’ll enter your new password.

  • In order to block a user, go to the profile the user that you want to block.

  • On the top right section of that user’s profile page, you will see the Block button.

  • Click that and the user will be blocked. That user won’t be able to view and contact your profile.

  • To report a user, go to the user’s profile who you wish to report.

  • The Report button is on the top right section of the screen.

  • Click on the Report button and the rest would be taken care of by our Support Team

  • TrulyAfrican accepts two modes of payment. We accept payment through Credit Card (Master Card and Visa) and Paypal.

  • We also accept payment through Google Play and App Store.

  • In oder to delete your account, contact our 24/7 Customer Service through Email or Live Support.

  • Click on the Settings icon (Insert setting icon here) on the right hand section of your screen.

  • Click on the Contact Us button and you’ll be directed to a page where you’ll get to chose your preferred way to contact us.

  • To cancel your current subscription, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service through Email or Live Support.

  • For subscription cancellation on Google, you can contact our live support or our email support.

  • To cancel subsciption in iOs, click here. Another option is you can contact Apple’s support team.
