About me

I'm vivacious, a doer, a thinker, musician, psychologist and also an observer; protective and loyal to my special someone and friends and family. I gel well with people who are generally interested in the global - cultures and intersections of the same, and languages. However, I'm not arbitrarily writing anyone off here! I like women who recognize I'm fit and competent, but who likes and wants to provide the feminine balance to my masculine side. I believe in mutual admiration and adoration. I'd absolutely love to share with that special someone while enhancing each other's experience of the world, and most, being there for one another when the tide is rough. I believe that's one of the most romantic parts of a relationship, aside of course from the initial 'leap of faith'. My “baseline” is happy, not melancholy at all. I'm resilient, meaning I spring up quickly after being knocked down and I try again. I've been told I'm nice, laid-back, and sweet by some, but I'm no push-over (I am what I am because I choose to be). I'm affectionate, honest, strive daily to be a direct and truthful communicator and am passionate about life, so I've been told. Let me add, that I'm goofy and geeky at the risk of sounding like everyone else; but yes, really. No, really. If you're still reading, and actually want to meet an emotionally available," God-loving" & all-around great guy (you know, the ones some say don’t exist), feel free to say hello.

Looking for

In “my Lady”, I’m attracted to an admire intellect, curiosity, confidence, playfulness, commitment to maintaining mental/physical health, communication efforts and most, the relationship she has w/ God in her life…..that being said, the rest is just the serendipitous way chemistry happens! I will say my associates and those I'm drawn to, are people who are kind but still are self-aware enough to have unabashed opinions (their opinions are truth and/fact-based). By that, I don't mean arrogant; just the ability to respectfully say what you think/believe or at least trying to (without the run-on sentences, it is a dialogue, the increase in decibels, that’s not passion, that’s lack of control, an excess body language, that’s just funny). “Say what you mean and mean what you say”, Yes is yes, no is no, there are no maybes, could be; no gray areas; It makes for much more genuine thought-provoking interaction and conversation, and builds ”true” intimacy. It's probably chintzy to say that the Inuit word for sex translates directly to 'laughing together in bed' but it's worth mentioning that it resonates with me. I laugh at dirty jokes (will never shake my rustic sense of humor). I think I'm an 'extroverted introvert' -- can be a very funny, social person yet at times also distinctly thoughtful and observant.
