I'm a dreamer & an unapologetic optimist. I've been challenged by adversity & blessed by diversity. Throughout my life, I've played many roles: learner/educator, actor/director, member/leader. The industries & titles changed, but one thing remained constant; my desire to develop spaces where others are treated with respect, dignity and grace. My passion is inclusion. My purpose is to remove barriers so that others may achieve their personal/professional & career goals. I have persevered.
