I'm a nerd who believes strongly in a balance between mental and physical well-being. While I will occasionally binge on Netflix or a great video game, I always make sure to take breaks to lift some weights or go for a jog. I like to cook, and never play by the rules. If I feel a recipe would benefit from a dab of peanut butter, well...so be it!
