I'm a well presented individual and helpful Hotel manager and also Tour Guide who has a winning personality. I love to meet and greet tourists, offer advice and tips about where to visit and how to get the most out of their stay. I’m a friendly, joyful, easy-going and a positive person who smiles a lot. I will be happy to host and try to develop our acquaintance and to know more about each other lives. My key skill lies in being able to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued so that when they leave it’s a certainty that they will be back. As my profession, I possess a genuine passion for hospitality and always put the customer at the heart of everything I do in providing a great service of the highest standard to guests.
